What you will learn

Beginner -  We will focus on the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai or Boxing, making it ideal for first timers. You'll learn the proper stance, footwork, and basic strikes, including punches, kicks, knee and elbow strikes. We will emphasize technique over intensity, allowing you to build a solid foundation

Intermediate - We will focus on refining your skills. You’ll work on more advanced techniques, combinations, and defensive maneuvers. Sparring might be introduced at this level to help you apply what you’ve learned in a controlled setting.

Advanced - Experienced practitioners who want to master advanced techniques and prepare for competition. You’ll engage in intensive training sessions focused on advanced techniques and combinations,
clinching, sparring and situational drills to simulate real fight scenarios
Conditioning exercises tailored to optimize endurance, strength, and agility
